What you're actually paying for.
Are there hidden fees or broker margins?+
No. Our fee structure is a transparent percentage or flat consultation rate. Factory invoices are shared directly — you see the real price.
How is the % of order calculated?+
It scales with order size and complexity, agreed in writing before we source. Typical range: 5–12% of FOB value, all-inclusive of audits, QC, and customs coordination.
Can I cancel a Trade Meridian subscription?+
Yes, anytime. No lock-in period. Access ends at the close of the current billing cycle.
Do you handle payments to Chinese factories on my behalf?+
We help you buy the goods and prepare the invoices, but you pay the factory directly by yourself. You need to own a registered company or hold an entrepreneur card to process the wire transfer.
What if the shipment fails customs?+
Our ADII-registered structure means every shipment is pre-cleared with correct HS codes and documentation. In the rare case of a hold, we resolve it at no extra cost.
